Materials delivery and collection

Delivery of materials to the venue can only be accepted from 24 – 48 hours prior to the conference commencing. Ensure you affix the venue delivery label to each item that is delivered to the hotel with your organisation name clearly listed.

On the completion of the conference the venue will provide delivery labels for the collection of any leftover materials that you may have. Collection must be completed on 4 August.
