Materials delivery and collection

Incoming Deliveries

Delivery of materials to the venue can only be accepted up to 3 business days before the date of exhibition/conference commencement. Ensure you attach the venue delivery label to each item that is delivered to the venue with your organisation name clearly listed.

Any goods not labelled correctly or arriving prior to this date may be declined.
All deliveries must come with adequate manpower for unloading. There is no forklift or pallet jack access to the exhibition area.

On the completion of the conference the venue will provide delivery labels for the collection of any leftover materials that you may have. Collection must be completed on 4 August.

Outgoing Deliveries

Goods are to be collected on the next business day between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
Newcastle City Hall reserves the right to dispose of them at the sponsor’s/exhibitor’s expense if goods are not collected on the next business day.
All outward goods must be prearranged with your courier prior to collection. Completed consignment notes must be attached to all items for collection.
