- Immediately upon arrival, the Contractor must make contact with the Hotel Duty Manager or nominee from the loading dock telephone. Hotel Duty Manager mobile number is 0419 815 150.
- All contractors must be signed in prior to accessing the designated function room by the Hotel Duty Manager of receiving officer on the loading dock.
