For small packages, Newcastle City Hall staff will deliver all labelled goods to the appropriate exhibition stand prior to exhibitor bump in. For large/heavy items need to be delivered to the exhibition stand by the exhibitor.
Aisles must be kept clear at all times and fire exits must not be utilised under any circumstances for storage.
