For unloading or item drop off, please park in Christie Street and contact the Commisionaire’s /Building Access for entry on 0411 752 539.
There is no specific loading dock; it is a shared laneway between Newcastle City Hall and the Civic Theatre. Please note, this area is not undercover.
Once delivery/drop off has been made, vehicles are to be parked in an alternate car park. See Parking Information.
Please note the ANZCHOG 2026 ASM exhibition will be held in Banquet Room.
Option 1
Access via Christie Street.
All goods are to be transported via stairs or lift on exhibitor supplied trollies.
Option 2
Access via the ramp at the main entrance of Newcastle City Hall in King Street, however, there are steps only that lead to the first floor, there is no lift access available via this entrance.
Vehicles must only drop off and not park on the ramp.
There is a weight limit of 4.5 tonnes on the ramp.
