Prior the ASM #
Due to the venue limited storage facilities, delivery of materials can only be accepted 3 business days before the exhibition commencement.
During the ASM #
There will be no onsite storage for boxes and general packing material. Please keep packing materials to a minimum and order lockable cabinets through ExpoNet to store any of your items at booth.
After the ASM #
Goods are to be collected on the next business day between the hours of 9am – 3pm. The venue reserves the right to dispose of them at the sponsor’s/exhibitor’s expense if goods are not collected.
All outgoing goods must be prearranged with your courier prior to collection. Completed consignment notes must be attached to all items for collection.
