Dr Angela Dunford is a paediatric and adolescent Gynaecologist working at John Hunter and John Hunter Children’s Hospitals in Newcastle, NSW. She completed a Fellowship in Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology through the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. After her Fellowship she returned to Newcastle and established an adolescent gynaecology service.
Angela has also achieved a Master of reproductive medicine through the University of New South Wales and has a private fertility practice specialising in fertility preservation including egg and sperm freeze for social or medical reasons and for those seeking counselling prior to gender affirming treatment. She is passionate about young people not being limited by their periods
